茚三酮比色法测定CMA留出物中氨基酸含量的研究

摘要;采用
茚三酮比色法对木醋液制备环保型
融雪剂过程中的馏出物中氨基酸进行分析,结果表
明,馏出物中魚基酸的含量约为1.4g/T,且不受活性炭用量的影响,馏出物应调整到弱酸性条件
(pI=4左右),才能保证稳定的氪基酸含量。研究结果可为植物生长促进剂的开发提供理论依
据,并将促进木醋液的综合利用和生物质能的开发

Abstract The ninhydrine colorimetry was applied to quantify the amino acids of distillate in the process of
producing calcium magnesinm acetate which was an environmentally friendly deicer from wood vinegar.
The results indicated that the total content of amino acids was about 1. 4 g/L, and it was not influenced b
the amount of activated charcoal used in the experiment. In addition, it was also observed that the content
of amino acids was more stable under weak acidic condition(PH=4 or so). This research about amino acid
content in the distillate was helpful for the further development of plant growth promoters, comprehensive
utilization of wood vinegar and expanding the use of biomass energy.

木醋液也叫植物酸,是生物质废料(木材、木屑、精制分离技术以及综合利用技术进行了研究1,其
