摘 要
本文研究的是教学质量评价的模型,首先介绍了教学质量评价的发展背景和意义及评价原则,指出了当前教学质量评价中存在的问题,并且提出了改进。教学质量评价分为学生评价、同行和专家评价、领导评价和教师自我评价四个部分,本文分别对这四种评价作出了分析,指出了现有的评价方案中存在的不足之处,并对其进行了相应的改进,使评价方案更加客观、合理、科学。
评价模型主要针对评价指标体系的确定和评价结果的合理处理两个问题展开分析。首先根据查文献得到一个分三个层次的评价指标体系,运用层次分析法和标度法结合得到各评价指标的权重系数,构造合理的教学质量评价体系。为了最大限度地利用评价信息,我们采用有效区间值代替平均值进行教学质量评价。先统计出三级指标的原始评价数据,然后根据区间值模糊法求得各三级指标的有效区间,接着按照分层次模糊法一层一层地计算上一层指标的有效区间,直到得到最高层次的有效区间,根据四种评价主体得到的有效区间得到综合有效区间,求出该有效区间在各等级的隶属度,根据最大区间数判断最后综合评价的有效区间的隶属等级。
按照改进后的要求,在Matlab GUI环境下进行编程得到一个可视界面,只需在得到的界面中分别输入各评价主体对三级指标的评价分数,就可以得到综合评价的有效区间,判断出该有效区间的隶属等级。

ABSTRACT
This paper is research on the model of the Teaching Quality Evaluation. First we introduce the underground of the development of Teaching Quality Evaluation,point out the problems that exist in the current Teaching Quality Evaluation and give some suggestions.In this paper,the Teaching Quality Evaluation include four parts:Student Evaluation,Peer and Explore Evaluation,Leadership Evaluation and Teacher Self-evaluation. Analyse these four kinds of evaluation and point out the inadequacies of the existing evaluation program and its corresponding improvement to make it into a more objective, rational,scientific evaluation program.
The Evaluation Model mainly analyse two problems.One of them is how to build a good system of the evaluation index and the other is how to deal with the evaluation data reasonable.Frist,we get a system of evaluation index which is divide into three gradations by the mean of seeking literature.Then calculate the weights of each indexes through the method of gradation analysis and rating scale,build a reasonable system of the evaluation index.In order to use the evaluation information as more as possible,we use the value of the effective interval instead of the mean value to evaluate the teaching quality.At frist,we should count the original data of the third indexes .then calculate the effective interval of each third indexes.We should calculate the effective interval of the higher level one by one in the way of fuzzy until we get the final effective interval.After that,we combine the results of the four evaluation subjects into a comprehensive effective interval.Finally calculate how much does it belong to each Evaluation Level and judge which gradation it is according to the maximum value of the interval.
According to the improved requirements,we design a program in the Matlab GUI environment to get a sliding interface.You just need to input the scores of every third index which is given by different evaluation subjects,then you can get the effective interval of the comprehensive evaluation and judge which grade it belongs to.
