摘要
自动化立体仓库是现代货运物流领域内出现的一种新型仓储方式,在工业生产中发挥
着日益重要的作用。包装产品仓储过程中的货位优化问题是提高仓储效率的关键,属于自
动化仓储领域的研究重点。本文针对宝鸡市烟草公司自动化立体仓库的货物物流问题,研
究其仓储货位优化问题。
在本论文中,以宝鸡市烟草公司自动化立体仓库为例,重点研究了自动化仓储过程中
的货位优化问题。
第一,调研分析,得出该仓库在出入库优化方面存在的两点缺陷,针对这两点缺陷,
本文提出了基于最小时间算法的出入库优化方法。
第二,为该自动化立体仓库建立了三维立体模型,将现实中的货位对应到坐标系上
的点,通过该模型,推导出了叉车从货台运行到各个货位的时间表达式。同时证明了将存
取时间小的货位指派给存取频率高的香烟品种的正确性。
第三,将出入库优化问题划分为两个步骤进行优化。第一步,采用遗传算法搜索货位,
实现了均衡叉车工作量、进货总时间最小的优化目的;第二步,将遗传算法搜索出的最优
货位按时间大小排序,然后指派给不同存取频率的香烟,实现了在入库的同时保证出库效
率,从而使仓库整体效率最优。
第四,利用Vc编程,实现了算法的功能,并对算法进行了9组算例运算,算例分
析的结果证明,该优化算法是有效可行的。本文的出入库优化方法不仅仅适用于本仓库,
同样适用于类似的中小型自动化立体仓库,为此类仓库提供了一种新的、有效的出入库优
化思路和方法。
本论文的研究方法与成果对进一步研究自动化立体仓库的复合作业情况下的货位
优化有一定的参考价值。

Abstract
Automated Storage, as a new storage way appearing in modern logistics technology area, is
playing more important roles in the industrial production. The optimized dispatch of storage is
the key of high work efficiency of the warehouse. So it is the key point of current researches on
the project optimization realm. This paper focuses on the logistics problems of Baoji tobacco
Co., the problem of cargo space optimization is studied seriously.
In this paper, as Baoji tobacco Co. for example, focuses on the problem of cargo
optimization. First of all, through the investigation of the automatic warehouse of Baoji tobacco
Co., two shortcomings were found. For the present situation and construction characteristics of
the au omatic warehouse, the method of optimization of cargo location with least time is put
forward
Secondly, the three dimensional mathematical model with the motional parameters of
fork-lift truck are evaluated, and some important formals are obtained. The correctness of
optimization of cargo assigning during Storage is proved
Thirdly, the optimization of storage is carved to two steps. Firstly, GA is used for searching
storage cargo, the proportion of every fork-lifts working hours and the total hours is minimum
are guaranteed. Secondly, the cargos are ordered by time size, and then assigned to the
corresponding cigarettes according to access to different frequencies. Stock efficiency is
optimal at the same time shipping efficiency is guaranteed. Warehouse overall efficiency is
guaranteed
Lastly, with the technique of Visual C++, the algorithm function is implemented, nine
examples are computed, and Algorithm example shows that this model and method is effective
and feasible. In this paper the optimization al orithm is not only applicable to the warehouse
but also applies to similar SMES Automated warehouse. The algorithm function offer a new
idea and method for optimize of such warehouse.
