基于进口贸易的技术溢出与经济增长相关性研究

摘要
国的经济增长依赖于资本积累和技术进步,技术进步是国家经济发展和进步的核心
竟争力。而一国或地区技术水平的提高主要取決与该国或该地区的研发能力以及对各种技术
滥出的吸收与学习。国际技术滥出的传导渠道主要包括国际商品贸易(包含了国际服务贸
易)对外直接投资(FDI)、劳务输出、人口迁移以及信息交流等等,通过进口贸易,一国
可以获取高质量、拥有先进技术的外国最终产品,还可以通过引进先进的中间产品和生产设
备来提高本国生产活动的技术水平,因此,进口贸易是一种更为直接的技术外滥传递築道。
本文的实证分析以Coe& Helpman的贸易出模型为基础,首先检验了进口贸易的技
术溢出对我国技术进步的影响,随后考察基于进口贸易的技术溢出效应与经济增长之间的相
关性,在模型中引入人力资本存量作为度量技术吸收能力的指标。实证结果表明,进口贸易
是国际技术溢出的重要呆道之一,国外的研发存量通过进口贸易渠道产生的技术溢出效应对
我国的经济增长产生了正向的促进作用,国内研发资本存量对经济增长存在长期的促进关
系,自主研发是我国技术进步和经济增长的主要源泉,进口贸易产生的国外研发资本存量滥
出对我国经济增长有显著的促进作用,可见进口贸易在我国经济发展过程中扮演着重要的角
色。目前我国的人力资本存量与发达国家、先进工业化国家间还存在较大的差距,从而影响
了对其技术溢出的消化吸收。
在实证分析的基础上,本文提出了相应的政策建议,包括进一步发展我国約对外贸易,
优化对外贸易结构;加强我国国内的R&D投资水平,提高国内R&D资本的利用效率;加
大人力资本投资;保持固定资产投资的长期稳定增长,适当引导固定资产投资方向。

ABSTRACT
Economic rowth in a country depend on capi al accumulation and technological change,
Technological chane is the core competion power of economical development and progress in a
country. While technological change mainly relies on the R&D ability and the absorption of all
kinds of technological spillovers. Channel of intemational technological spillovers include in
international product rade(in olve naional sevis ae forein diet investment(FDI)
export of labor services, populace movement and information communication. A coumtry can not
only be gained forei inal produ with h uality and advanced technology through import
but also to improve technolo ical level of produce activity y introduce in advanced semi-finished
product and product equipment. Therefore it is a more directly way of international technological
spillovers.
The demonstration in the article analyses the pertinence between economic growth and
technological spillovers in impor trade and the analysis based on the rade spillovers model from
Coe&Helpman, Human capital is inducted as an index of the ability of technological absorption.
The conclusion showing that import trade is an important channel to produce internation
technological spillovers and foreign R&D capital enerated from technological spillovers of
import has a positive accelerated affection to China economic growth, a long-term positive
relation exists in domestic R&D capital and economic growth. Domestic research and
development is the mail fountain of China technological progress and economic growth. It is
obvious that import trade plays a very important role in China economic development. At the
present time we still has a long distance to advanced countries and industrialization countries in
human capt
ital that weaken our ability to absorption of technological spillovers.
Based on the demonstration analysis the article proposes corresponding suggestions such as
develop foreign rade to a higher level, optimize the construction of foreign trade keep the stable
growth in investment of capital asserts; increase domestic R&D and improve its utilization
efficiency, improve the investment return rate of human capital and so on.
