中国投资俄罗斯石油行业的分析
摘要
随着中国的快速发展,中国经济对石油的需求量剧增,而国内石油行业的发展不
足以满足这一巨大的需求。国内的石油供需矛盾日益尖锐,这一现实问题驱动着中国
石油企业实施对外直接投资战略。俄罗斯拥有丰富的石油资源,与中国有着长期友好
合作关系。在当今国际经济和政治背景日益复杂的环境中,如何实施对俄罗斯石油行
业的投资,充分利用俄罗斯的石油资源,保障中国充足的石油供给,满足经济社会持
续发展对石油的需求,成为一个值得深入研究的课题。
本文综合运用理论研究和经验总结的方法分析中国投资俄罗斯石油行业。本论文
分成三个主要部分:第一部分,主要研究对外投资的相关理论以及对俄石油投资案例,
形成科学的认识,以指导中国对俄罗斯石油行业的投资;第二部分,主要分析中国投
资俄罗斯石油行业的原因,分析投资企业自身的优势劣势以及面临的机遇挑战;第三
部分,主要研究中国投资俄罗斯石油行业存在的风险,并针对风险提出一定的建议。
经过研究,本文认为:国内严峻的石油供给形势、俄罗斯丰富的石油资源以及中
俄友好合作关系是促成中国对饿石油投资的动因;而且中国对俄罗斯石油行业投资有
着自身的优势和机遇;同时,中国对俄石油投资也存在诸多风险,如金融风险、政治
风险、法律风险、监管风险等,本文也针对这些风险提出相应的对策建议。

ABSTRACT
With the rapid development of Chinese economy, there is a sudden surge in the
demand for oil. But the development of the domestic oil industry cannot meet this huge
demand. The increasingly sharp contradiction between the supply and demand of domestic
oil drives the Chinese petroleum enterprises to carry out the strategy of foreign direct
investment. Russia is a country rich in oil resources, and it has a long-term friendly
cooperative relationship with China. In nowadays increasingly complex intemational
economic and politics environment, how to implement the vote for Russias oill industry
investment, make full use of Russias oil resources and ensure adequate oil supply, satisfy
the continuing demand for oil in China, has become a subject that is worthy of further
To analyze Chinas investment in Russia,'s oil industry, this paper uses a variety of
research methods including theoretical research and experience summary. There are main
three parts in this thesis: the first part gives a brief introduction of the relevant theories of
foreign investment and case of investment in Russian oil industry, aiming at forming a
scientific understand of foreign direct investment and guiding China,'s investment in the
Russian oil industry; The second part analyzes the motivation for China to invest in the
Russian oil industry, the advantages and disadvantages of the investors, as well as the
opportunity and challenge faced by them; The third part researches into the risks of Chinas
investment in the Russian oil industry and puts forward some suggestions on how to avoid
