摘要:用钙离了
螯合剂六
偏磷酸钠(SIMP)滘液从甜干柏中提取果胶,并对提取工.艺进行优化。在
单因素试验的基础之上,对影果胶得率的主要因素进行 Box Benhnkcn中心组合实验设计;建立六偏憐酸钠
提取甜菜果胶的二次回模型。实验结果表明,甜来果胶的最佳提取T.艺为提取时间2.4h,螯合剂SHMP质
量分数1.25%,提取温度88℃,此时果胶产率为14.32%,与模型測值接近。同时,采川间羟联苯法测定出
果胶样品的半乳糖醛酸含量为73.12%。红外光谱的数表明,果胶样品貝有果胶分了的结构特征,并初步判
断为低蜻果胶。

Abstract: Pectin was isolated with sodium hexametaphosphate (SHMP)solution from sugar beet pulp Extraction
conditions affecting the yield of pectin were optimized by Box-benhnken experimental design on the basis of single
factor tests. Ihe results showed that the oplimum cxtraction conditions of pectin from sugar beet pulp were as follows
extraction time 2.4h, mass Fraction o! SIIMP1 25 and cxtraction temperalure 88 C. Under these condilions, the
experimental extraction yield of sugarbeet pectin was 14.32%o, which was very close to the predicted one. The total
galacturonic acid content determined by meta -hydroxydiphenyl was 73.12. FT-IR results indicated that sugar beet
pectin had molecular struclurc of pectin and the primary test showed it had a low degrec of esterification
