摘要
摘要
为了贯彻落实国家新闻出版总局在全国出版物大市场布局中“东、西、南、
北、中”的规划,全国首批新华发行集团的试点单位在大市场建立起来。然而传统
的新华书店图书管理系统已经跟不上新华发行集团的实际信息需求,因此有必要建
立一套完善的发行集团系统,以便加强发行集团内部的信息集成以及各个环节之间
的协作关系,来优化集团的业务流程。此外,利用互联网的关系,紧密连接经营管
理过程中所涉及的鞘售商和供货商的信息资源,从而形成一条畅通于客户、集团和
供应商之间的信息流。
本文以云南发行集团的改制为背景,分析现有图书管理系统的不足,结合实际
的业务需求,在J2E技术基础之上构建集团电子商务平台。具体来说,在介绍云南
发行集团电子商务发展的需求基础上,详细地分析了平台的主要功能和流程,包括
如何通过平台的前台系统完成供货商、连锁网点、集团之间的信息共享,如何通过
平台的后台系统完成集团内部业务、储运、批销中心、财务之间数据的实时共享以
及平台的前台系统和后台系统之间的数据衔接。随后介绍平台的整体设计、包括平
台的整体架构分析、平台子系统和平台的数据库设计以及集团电子商务平台的技术
实现。集团电子商务平台得以顺利实施,它把供应商、集团和销售商紧密的连在
起,进行高效率的商务协作,大大提高了集团的商务決策能力和集团的竞争力。

ABSTRACT
In order to implement the planning of"East, West, South, North and Center"in the
national publication market layout by the Administation of Press and Publication of China,
the first batch pilot units of Xinhua Publication Group were established. However, the
books administrative system of the traditionai Xinhua Bookstores cant satisfy the
information demands of the new Groups, so it is necessary to set up a set of perfect
publication system to enhance the infommation integration and cooperation between
departments inside the Group, which is helpful for the optimization of business procedure
In addition, using Interets close connection with the information resources of sellers and
suppliers that in
Ivolves the process of management, thus, an expedite information flow
among the customers, Groups and suppliers will be established
Taking example for the reforming of Yunnan Faxing Group. Firstly, analyzed the
deficiency of the existing administrative system of books and set up the E-commerce
platform of the Group according to the real businessdemands and based on J2EE technogy.
Second y, the main functions and procedures of the platform are analyzed, including how to
achieve the information-sharing among the supplier, chain site and the Group through the
front desk system of the platform; how to achieve real-time data-sharing among the Groups
interior operation, warehousing and transportation business, wholesale and selling, and
financial affairs through the backstage system of the platform; and data linking-up between
the front desk and backstage system of the platform. And last, the global design of the
platform is presented, which involved the whole frame analysis, subsystem, the database
design and the technogy achieved ofthe platform. It concluded that, based on the successful
implemention of the Group's E-commerce platform, the close connections among
suppliers, he Group's and sellers closely will be enhanced and also the efficiency of E
commerce cooperation greatly improved. Additionally, it is also inevitable that rapid
response to the market and low cost will greatly promote the E-commerce decision-making
efficiency and competition of the Group
