花生衣总多酚乙醇辅助微波提取条件优化

摘要:目的:花生衣是花牛奶加工副产物,含有高含量的具有抗氧化活性的花生衣多酚物质,利用乙
醇辅助微波法对花生衣总多酚物质进行提取优化以期获得最优的提取条件。方法:通过分别考察提取液料比、
乙醇浓度、微波时间和微波功率四个单因子对花生衣总多酚提取的影响,在此基础上设计四因素正交试验进
行进一步优化,花生衣总多酚物质含量测定选择
没食子酸分光光度法。结论:花生衣总多酚的最佳提取工艺
为:料液比为1:25、乙醇浓度为75%、微波时间为2min、徴波功率为540W,在该最优工艺参数下重复5次
提取,花生衣总多酚提取率达到183.25±8.62mg/g。

Extraction of peanut skin total polyphenols by microwave
combined- Assisted ethanol method

Abstract Objective: Peanut skin is a by-product of peanut milk from peanut, and it is rich in antioxidants such as
polyphenols. The paper aimed to obtain the optimum extraction conditions of peanut skin total polyphenols by micro-
wave combined -assisted ethanol method. Methods Ratio of stuff to solvent. concentration of ethanol, extraction time
and the power of microwave were designed o obtained the range of the parameters to the effect on extraction of the poly
phenoles, then the experiments based on four factors orthogonal design were further to optimize the extraction condi-
tons. The content of the ployphenoles were determined by UV of gallic acid. Conclusion: The optimum technic param
eten were obtained that ratio of stuff to solvent was 1: 25. and concentration of ethanol was%. and extraction time
was 2 mins, and the power of micrwave was 540, and the extraction rate of the otal ployphenoles in peanut skin was
reached to 183. 25 *862m/g after five experiments under the optimum technic parameters

花生衣是
花生仁外包裹的红色外皮,作为花的抗氧化能力,是花生仁的50多倍,其原因是花
生奶加工过程中产生的废弁物,其主要成分含纤生衣中含有多种多酚物质2。实验证明,当多
维素36%~43%,脂肪11%~15%,蛋白质酚类物质含量超过0.17%时,即具有抗氧化作
12%~19%等?。有研究表明,花生衣具有很强用刂,花生衣多酚物质可作为抗氧化的食品添加
