摘要
RFID( Radio Frequency Identification),即
无线射频识别,是一种利用射频信
号自动识别目标对象并获取相关信息的技术。RFID系统一般由
读卡器和射频标
签组成。在实际应用中,射频标签附着在待识别物体上,当带有射频标签的被识
别物品通过读卡器的可识读范围时,读卡器与标签之间建立起无线方式的通信链
路,自动以无接触的方式将标签中的约定识别信息读出来,从而实现自动识别物
品或自动收集物品标志信息的功能。RFID标签具有非接触、快速扫描、读取距
离远、抗污染、安全性强、存储容量大和可重复使用的特点,逐渐被广泛应用在
供应链管理、门禁控制、公共运输、身份识别和物体跟踪等多个领域。
论文介绍了RFID技术的发展与应用,阐述了RFID系统的相关技术原理,
并详细分析了设计所依据的 ISO/EC180006 Type C协议。按照该协议,以低功
耗为目标,提出了标签数字基带处理电路的架构,完成了符合应用要求的数字处
理电路设计。最终采用 Chartered0.3um3 V CMOS工艺流片。数字处理电路的
版图面积为60.5×648.5m3:使用 Power Compiler对布局布线后提取的门级网
表进行功耗分析表明,在系统时钟为3MHz、电源电压为3.3V的工作条件下,
电路的功耗为187w。对芯片进行测试的结果表明该数字处理电路可以正确执行
九条指令,完成既定功能。

ABSITRACIN
RFID(Radio Frequency ldentification is a technology used to identify and to get
information from the target objects automatically. RFID system is typically composed
of reader and tag. In practical applications, the tag with identified information is
attached to objects. The wireless communication link is built up when the tag comes
into a certain range, where the reader can get the information from the tag. With th
advantage of non-contact, rapid scanning, anti-pollution and safety, RFID is widely
used in many fields such as supply chain management, security, track of important
objects, access control to buildings, public transportation, and many more
This paper introduces the development and application of RFID, expounds the
related technologies of RFID systems, and analyzes the ISO/ IEC 18000-6 Type C
protocol In accordance with the protocol, the digital part of UHF tag was designed. In
the end, the chip of tag was implanted with 3.3 V voltage in Chartered 0.35um CMOS
technology. The area of digital chip was 660.5x6485um and the power analysis with
Power Compiler showed that power dissipation of the digital circuit was 187uw under
clock of 3M and operating voltage of 3. 3V. The test result on the fabricated chip
showed that the digital processing circuit can implement all the instructions correctly
