摘要
SE( Quality, Health, Safety and Environment)是目前国际
石油界通行的系统化、科学化、规范化管理体系。在目前激烈的国际
市场竞争中,已经成为石油企业进入国际市场的“通行证”。
随着计算机应用范围的不断扩大和数据库技术飞速的应用和发
展,基于关系型数据库的OLIP越来越不能满足人们对业务数据整体
分析的需求,人们急需一个综合的、面向分析的环境以更好地支持决
策分析,于是数据仓库技术应运而生。
中国石油作为国内典型的石油企业之一,要在日益激烈的国内外
市场竞争中处于有利地位,不仅要在组织结构、管理模式、经营体制
等方面进行改革和优化,更要在市场策略上胜竞争对手一筹,但是传
统的数据库应用系统是面向业务操作的,对企业管理人员的分析决策
支持有着先天的不足;而面向主题的数据仓库技术更能迎合当前的企
业需求
本文结合中国石油具体项目,详细阐述了一个实际数据仓库项目
的设计和实施过程,并详细介绍了基于这个新的信息平台的应用
QHSE报告系统的设计和实现
1、文章首先分析了中国石油的信息化状况和现实业务需求,简
要介绍了数据仓库的产生相关技术,并根据以往数据仓库系统的构建
经验,总结出数据仓库建立的过程。
2、结合中国石油QHSE报告系统的设计和开发,详细分析了一
个实际应用的数据仓库项目的分析和建设过程,给出了数据仓库项目
设计和实施方案。首先通过需求分析确定系统主题域,对数据源进行
分析和理解,然后以两个典型的业务主题为例,依次进行了数据仓库
的逻辑模型设计和物理模型设计
3、对数据仓库体系结构的关键部分着重说明,结合 Decision
Stream工具从技术层次上展现了数据仓库平台从源文件处理、数据抽
取、数据转换、数据加载的ETL过程。最后,给出了基于数据仓库的
OHSE报告系统的设计与实现
新的报告系统是建立在数据仓库的基础之上的,它不仅在数据的
质量和系统的分析效率上比原来的关系型数据基础上的报表系统有
较大提高,而且具有良好的扩展性和灵活性,为中国石油信息化建设
的进一步发展奠定了良好的基础。

Abstract
Abstract
QHSE (Quality, Health, Safety and Environment)is a general
systematized, scientific and standardized management system used in
intemational petroleum field, which has become a recognized passport
for petroleum corporations to take part in the international market
competitions
With development and wide application of the computer science and
database technology, online transaction processing(OLTP), which based
on traditional database, was etting worse and worse to deal with the need
of integrative analyses of optional data. We gaped for a compositive and
analyze-oriented tool which can support decision analysis better, and data
warehouse emerged as the times require
As one of the typical companies in domestic petroleum field, Petro
China needs big time to carry on reform and optimize in such aspects as
institutional framework, management mode, management system in
order to be on a good wicet in the fierce market competition. But
traditional database systems, which face to business, are naturally not
able to support the decision analyses. Contrastively, data warehouse is
more capable
In the view of QHSE Report System of Petro China, this thesis
describes the process of designing and implementing a data warehouse
and the QHSE report system is introduced in detail which is based on this
new information platform
