太平洋空调工程公司绩效考核体系研究与再设计
摘要
绩效考核是人力資源管理的重要组成部分,绩效考核体系的建立是绩效考核
的重点和难点,是成功实施绩效考核的前提和基础。
本文以太平洋空调工程公司绩效考核体系作为研究对象,通过理论研究、问
卷调查、实证分析等研究方法,対太平洋空调工程公司绩效考核体系存在的主要
问题进行了深入地分析和研究,为太平洋空调工程公司建立科学的绩效考核体系
提供了强有力的理论依据和实证指导。在太平洋空调工程公司绩效考核体系再设
计的过程中,本文以分层分类的考核思想作指导,采用问卷调查和工作文件分析
相结合的方法,建立了各岗位各层级的指标考核体系,并进而设计了各考核指标
的权重和标志标度等,形成人平洋空调工程公司绩效考核体系的量表系统,最后
本义对太平洋室调工程公司的绩效考核实施制度进行了设计。
本文作者结合自己的工作实践,并参阅相关理论,系统地介绍了米用分层
分类考核法的绩效考核体系建立的详细过程,对组织开发绩效考核体系有一定的
借鉴作用。

ABSTRACT
Performance appraisal is a very important component of human resource
management. And establishment of performance appraisal system is the emphasis
and difficulty of performance appraisal, it is also the premise and foundation of
putting performance appraisal in practice successfully
selecting performance appraisal system of The Pacific Airconditioning
Engineering Company as the research object, the article analyses and researches
the main problems of performance appraisal system of The Pacific Airconditioning
Engineering Company deeply through the research methods such as theory
research, survey questionnaire and analyses by demonstration, and it provides the
scientific establishment of performance appraisal system of The Pacific
Airconditioning Engineering Company with strong theory support and instruction
by demonstration. During the redesigning of performance appraisal system of
The Pacific Airconditioning Engineering Company, the article establishes index
appraisal system of different posts and different levels, with the guidance of
appraisal of delamination and classification theory and adoption of methods of
survey questionnaire and work paper analysis. With the establishment of index
appraisal system of different posts and different levels, the article designs the weight
indication and grade of different appraisal index, and forms the measuring system
of performance appraisal system of The Pacific Airconditioning Engineering
Company. In the end, the article designs the implementation system of performance
appraisal system of The Pacific Airconditioning Engineering Company
Combining his own working practice and consulting relevant theory, the author
introduces the process of establishment of performance appraisal system in detail
systematically adopting the way of appraisal of delamination and classification
And it will be a use for reference to those organizations developing performance
appralsal system
