响应面法优化八角茴香中
莽草酸的微波提取工艺

摘要:采用改进的真空微波提取设备,微波提取同时适当抽真空,研究徽波輔助提取法提
取八角茴香中的
莽草酸,在单因素试验的基础上,米用响应面分析法对提取工艺进行优化。
以萃草酸的提取率为指标,研究了徹波功率、徽波时间、液籵比和原料粒度对草酸提取率
的影响。用BOx- Behnken设计方法对微波功率、微波时间和液料比进行3因素3水平的优化
试验,确定徽波鞴助提取
莽草酸的最佳工艺条件为徽波功率500W、徽波时间15.65min、液
料比30:1(mL/g)时,提取2次,得到芥草酸的提取率为20.70%。

Abstract: Based on sin ecor expma e esponse urface analysis were adop ed to optimize the
microwave-assisted extraction of shikimic acid m cm eum Hookf by using the improved vacuum
microwave extraction equipment, which microwave extraction and vacuum extraction were carried out at
the same time. Microwave power, microwave time, liquid-to-solid ratio and particle size were studied in the
single-factor experiments. Base on the Box-behnken design, microwave time, microwave power and the
liquid-to-solid ratio were chosen as the three afecting factors And the process condition were ptimized
by response surface method. The optimum extraction condition was obtained as follow: microwave power
500 W microwave time 15.5 min and liquid-to-solid ratio 30 I(m)for two times. Under optimized
operating conditions, extraction rate of shikimic acid was 20.70%

八角( Illicium verum Hook.,)又称八角茴香,抗禽流感药物“达菲”的重要前体物质?,因此,
为双子叶植物纲木兰亚纲八角科八角属。我国是八角的药用价值再次被重视起来。目前,有关莽草
八角产量大国,主要产于广西、云南、福建南部、酸的提取方法有水蒸气蒸馏法の、
索氏提取法、溶
广东西部等地区。在我国,95%的八角被用作剂浸泡法等传统方法,但是提取效率低,耗时长,
香料,只有5%被用作药物。据记载,八角自古代回收率低。而超临界二氧化碳刚、分子蒸馏り等
起就被用作药物使用,具有抗菌、杀虫叫、镇痛、技术工艺复杂、设备投入大。微波辅助提取"?是
温阳散寒等功效,用于治疗肾虚腰痛、腰腹胀痛、利用高频电磁波直接与被分离物作用,因样品基体
呕吐等病症。八角含有丰富的莽草酸,莽草酸是内不同成分的反应差异使被萃取物与基体快速分
