基于创新行为分析的高校学科演化景观模型研究
摘要
学科演化以学科创新为主导方式,创新是学科本质的一种反映,学科之间的差别根源
在于学科创新行为方式,学科创新行为方式与学科的创新绩效之间存在着一定的互动机
制,学科演化路径很人程度に取決于学科创新行为方式组织形式的适当性,并最终使具有
不同绩效的学科演化路径早现较大的差异。
本文在已有的研究基础上,运用复杂性科学方法,从学科科技创新的角度出发,将学
科系统看作是一个复杂适应系统,而科技创新元则是系统中一个具有智能化的主体
( Agent),并且结合影响矩阵,提出了学科创新行为方式的五种组织形式,通过观察和思
考,我们发现这五种方式是目前高校学科中主要的创新行为方式。在此基础上:,给出了学
科创新行为方式适合度景观研究框架,即将高校学科创新能力提高的过程比喻为不断棽登
山峰的过程,那么学科创新行为方式适合度景观研究的目标就是要为学科建设提供一张全
面的学科发展模式地形图,使学科能够在崎岖不平的山地上发现最高的山峰或者最适合攀
登的山峰,然后找出一条最佳路径,用最小的代价尽快登上峰顶,同时能够根据山地的变
化,不断的调整自己的位置,始终占领山地的最高峰顶
通过引入适合度景观,将学科创新行为方式分为自组织及他组织,并且围绕“什么样
的学科创新行为方式会带米更高的学科绩效”这一主题开展了相关的探讨,并利用计算机
程序及NK模型数值分析对不同学科创新行为方式的适合度景观进行了仿真与分析,由此
?高校学科的发展机理进行了更深一步的研究。

ABSITRACTT
The innovation of discipline is the main form of discipline evolution, and innovation is a kind of
reflcction of nature relationship among disciplines. Thc diffcrcncc among disciplines originates from thc form
of discipline innovation. There is a certain kind of interaction mechanism between the form of discipline
innovation and innovation performance. Thc performance of thc discipline innovation to a large cxtcnt cpcnds
on the fitmess of the organization form of discipline structure and finally leads to a large difference among the
disciplines with different evolution path
Bascd on the currcnt rcscarch, starting from the vicw point of Scicntific and tcchnological innovation, thc
paper refers the discipline system as a complex adaptation system, and the S&T Innovation Unit as a smart

Moreover, it outlines the research framework of Fitness Landscape for academic structure that compares the
improvcmcnt proccss of innovation ability of college disciplines as the onc of continuous mountain climbing
Then, the object of Fitness Landscape research of discipline structure is to provide a

topographic map of discipline development mode. By doing so, discipline can find the highest peak or most
suitable onc on the bumpy mountain road and thcn find out the best way which can help to reach the pcak with
the smallest price as soon as possible. Meanwhile, according to the mountain changes, discipline can adjust its
location continuously and always occupy the highcst pcak
By using the Fitness Landscape, the discipline innovation behavior can divide into self-organization and
othcr-organization. On thc basis of the abovc analysis, thc rclated discussion is carricd out around the subjcct
that what kind of discipline innovation behavior can bring higher discipline performance? Then the paper
carried out simulation on the Fitness Landscape of different academic structure by using computer program. So
